Audi RSQ3

This car is special and whatever Jeremy Clarkson thinks, the Audi RSQ3 is brilliant. Lovely to look at, very different to the standard model. It is definitely one of the better-looking sports SUV's around. The styling stands out a far from every angle, with bold wheel arches and those all familiar chrome door mirrors it is sure to turn some heads. If the way it looks doesn't catch anyone's attention, the noise it makes definitely will. A massive roar as you pull away in either sport or standard drive mode. Fuel economy is as you expect from an RS Audi, the most I have ever got up to on a journey is 34 MPG. This isn't the reason you buy this car. You buy it for its dominance on the road, for a big car it doesn't half shift. Some say it doesn't deserve the badge, but the smile it puts on your face says differently.

Back To Work

Welcome back to work, We say hello to another ambitious year. A year that will make or break us. Twelve or so months of hard work, which only time will tell if it is worth it. Let's just make sure it's better than the last. Below is an image of the reception we walk into every day, there is definitely an elephant in the room.

Indian Essence

A different type of Indian. None of your usual dishes on the menu, so you needed some help from the lovely staff to help you decide. They were all very helpful and accommodating. The atmosphire was great, the setting was perfect, none of that low light dull environments you usually get at an Indian.

Gym Heavy

The gym can be hard, the gym can be heavy, but most of all the gym can be very rewarding. I have been 'going gym' now for about 12 years and only now have I started to properly notice results. Why? Because until now I have not been pushing it hard enough. You need to make sure your lifting heavier every time you go, every set you complete, it needs to go heavier. You don't have to cardio very much either, actually don't do much at all. Just lift heavy weights and do the odd run every so often.

Farewell Boleyn

West Ham United. Upton Park. Boleyn Ground. Farewell Boleyn. I have been visiting this castle of a stadium for over 10 years. I'm gonna miss this place, but onwards and upwards. Onto, hopefully bigger and better things.

My last game was a great reminder of all the nostalgia that goes into supporting this excellent football club. Yeah the football wasn't always the best, but when it was good it was the best you could ever see, over land and sea.

The futures bright, the future is claret and blue. We will be better than we could ever be if we stayed at our natural home. Progress needs to to be pushed forward in order to taste the best success. Farewell Boleyn, thank you for all the fascinating memories. Come on you Irons!

Venice

Explored 9th to 11th March 2016

Oh what a lovely place. Romantically lined with beautiful canals, typically Italian restaurants and such stunning views. This city is so surreal, most of us are so used to the fast, hectic, busy lives we lead that we forget to relax and enjoy life. Venice will defiantly slow you down.

Giant Fastroad SLR

Giant Fastroad SLR

Bought from Bexley Bikes

What a stunning looking bike, the best looking in the shop and it had me sold when I 1st saw it through the displaying window. And what a bike, well worth every penny. Beautiful frame, wonderfully light and it rides so so well. One ride down and so many more to go. London to Brighton here we come!
