The Gym

I spend many hours a week at the gym and have been for the past 7 years now, give or take a year through I can't be bothered ness. At present I am sculpting myself at gym Bexley Heath. A quite well organised centre, that costs a mere £20 a month. Sounds like an epic deal, taking up four nights a week of entertainment. However this place can get very busy, busy waiting for your preferred machine busy. If you can get past this and try something new then this is the place to be. Plenty of cardio and weight machines, tonnes of free weights to try and lift. Oh and don't forget the spinning bikes. A great little place to waste a couple of hours a night improving yourself. Get involved

Car trait by maxsamueldaley

Created using my hands and a pencil, gazing at a very special sports car outside my house one day. I decided to scan it into the computer and produce a piece of art with it. What was discovered is the very minimalist yet very clear portrait of this well beloved sports car. Enjoy!!

Thorpe Park

Personally I think people should research the least busiest day of the season before they go to this place. I have been very lucky in the past to have found a few of these dates. This time was very different. We only had time for 5 rides, it took us 2 hours to get there too. 2 hour queues for saw & swarm, the later being absolutely appalling. Two water rides that left us soaking wet as we put out fat friend at the front. Thankfully the weather was shinny and the tans were topped up. Top tip, don't go to Thorpe park when the sun is out and the schools are beginning to finish!

Newquay

Newquay 11th June to 15th June

We stayed at the sensationally located The Headlands Hotel, set over looking Fistral beach. We actually stayed in their cottages, which were superbly decorated and welcomely cosy. Unfortunately we wasn't their during this heat wave we are burning our way through. The weather was exceptionally windy, blowing everything around whatever in its way. This also made a lot of sand make itself fell like home on my car. What a beautiful place, from the town to the numerous coves situated around the area. My favourite being lusty glaze, a lovely secluded sun trap which included a delightful little restaurant operating under the same name. I had a wonderful time as I hope my mum did since it was her 50th birthday present from us all.

Superman Man of Steel

I now know what Superman is all about and I have this Christopher Nolan version to thank for it. The style that brought the batman back to life has worked the same magic on another lost hero. It told the story of the man of steel in such a better way then ever before, Henry Cavil was a fantastic choice to feel that tight blue suit. The fighting went on a little longer then was needed but other than that this is a great movie. Lets just see if he can do another dark knight for the 2nd film.

Ten out of fourteen

I cannot believe I have achieved this. The fact that I have been so much after so soon returning from a 2 week holiday is a brilliant feeling. Ten times out of fourteen I have managed to pull, drag and force myself to the gym. An hour and a half session each time, consisting of a different set of cardio, weights training every time. The fact that i have got myself to the same shape/ level i was before my holidays is a massive achievment. Well done me. Give myself a pat on the back!!
